I know I am a rare case in my experience with Vital, but it really turned me off. I initially tried Vital proteins and it gave me horrible digestive issues and bloating. Each bottle is 38 servings (2 x scoops) but since I vary between 1-2 scoops a day, this bottle has lasted me closer to 2 months than 1.5 months, which is a great deal. I started off with one scoop a day in my coffee (black) and I am not bothered by it at all. The folks at ScA have put in a ton of time and effort into their resources, so take advantage of them!
